INTERNATIONAL MUSIC SUMMIT 2020 @ Destino Pacha Resort

After consultation with our host venue Destino, it is with regret that we have to announce that IMS Ibiza will not take place this year and the 13th edition of the summit will be rescheduled to May 2021. We have been monitoring the situation closely, hoping for the spreading of the virus to stabilise and allow us to hold the summut, but unfortunately this is no longer a viable optiom. The health and safety of our community and containing the spread of infection must take priority and given de current travel restrictions accross the UK and Europe we recognise the difficulty that our delegates will have in being able to plan their trips.

IMS Ibiza 2020, 20-22 May

A new venue for a new decade. Change is coming…

International Music Summit (IMS), the premier platform for business, culture and education in global electronic music returns to Ibiza in 2020 for the thirteenth edition, uniting the entire ecosystem of the genre from over fifty countries across three days of conversation, connection and celebration. Since its inception, IMS has pledged to identify areas in which positive transformation can occur, encouraging debate and proactively working towards change, with a continued focus on sustainability, wellness & self-care, diversity and equality in electronic music.

The beginning of a new decade will witness a transformed summit located at a new luxurious venue, Destino Pacha Resort owned by the Pacha Group. For the first time in IMS history the summit will privatise the entire resort for attending delegates to create an intimate, immersive setting for networking and presenting the summit agenda. Located at the top of a cliff in the exclusive Cap Martinet area of the island, the premium resort overlooks the Mediterranean Sea with stunning views to Formentera and is conveniently located for Ibiza Town and the airport. IMS is again hosted with the team from SheSaid. So, who are also the summit’s partner in Diversity & Inclusion.

Focused on evolving and elevating the potential of both the individual and organisations in order to unlock success, IMS Ibiza 2020 will assemble industry leaders and artists from the international electronic music sector and beyond, to inspire and be inspired, throwing a spotlight on the most crucial business challenges and opportunities we face today.
Special emphasis on health and wellness for mind and body will also continue to be a summit focus, with daily yoga, meditation and reflection sessions offered to all delegates.
