The official opening of the Fair is scheduled at 12:00, but from 11:00 will be installed more than 70 planned stals (the total number of exhibitors is 69, 8 of them coming from outside the island) between those who are specialists in the work of the wood, the mud for the skin; artisans who make typical musical instruments, non-profits, cultural groups that promote the recovery of the most traditional tasks of the home and the field. Organic producers and the Santa Eulària Agricultural Cooperative will also be present.
