FERMENTATION WORKSHOP @ Project Social Bar Restaurant

Imagine that by simply adding something to your diet could diversify your micro biome, improve your digestion, boost your immune system and be happier….
Now let that imagination become your reality!

In this series of workshops you will gain hands on experience in making your own fermented food and drinks.
Coupled with an interesting discussion about the micro-biome, the different benefits and how fermentation reverberates into a wider, social, politic and environmental realm.

1 – Thursday 13 February – Sauerkraut and Lacto fermented vegetables
– How to survive the winter with vitamins and minerals

2 – Thursday 20 February – Kimchi
– Our tangy probiotic comrade from Korea

3 – Thursday 27 February – Kombucha
-The ins and outs and the dos and don’ts
Scoby’s will be available for workshop participants

Each workshop will start with a fermented cocktail, and end with a degustation of the related products and a jar or bottle to take home, for your comparison and enjoyment.
