Festa de la música! @ Plaça de Sant Jordi and Plaça de Sant Agustí
from 20.30 – 23.00 hrs
This Sunday is the day of the “music festival” throughout Europe, and the city of Sant Josep, in collaboration with Make Sound, wants to celebrate it by demonstrating its support for culture and artists with two simultaneous concerts in Plaça de Sant Jordi and Plaça de Sant Agustí.
In Plaça de Sant Agustí, the stage will focus on a more traditional and folkloric style, as it will feature the performance of two legendary bands from Pythian music such as “Aires Formenterencs” and “Joan Murenu and a group of people good”.
On the other hand, in Plaça de Sant Jordi, more modern styles will be played, with the voice and guitar of Rafa Peletey, followed by the performance of the Ibizan quartet “Rels”, with Sergi Tur at the head of the group.
These will be the first public concerts to be held promoted by a city council on the island of Ibiza after the confinement has been closed at home and will be held with the audience seated, with a capacity limited by a closed and controlled perimeter, complying current security measures as far as concerts are concerned.
From 8:30 pm, public access to the space will be allowed, followed by concerts.
