– We’ll explain facts about calcium and how to make sure our body gets enough of it
– We’ll move our bodies and do some breathing (to get grounded and more present)
– We’ll prepare 8 delicious and easy recipes, which will help you make the transition and forget about your old habits: Alioli, almond milk, creamy cheese, cookies, tofu fermented cheese with miso, parmesan cheese, moussaka with leeks and coconut pana cotta.
