MEN’s DAY IBIZA @ in front of ES VEDRA

from 10.00 – 18.30 hrs

At 10.00 we start on the roof of the Villa with an amazing view on Es Vedra and 180 degree sea view.

A day of brotherhood and embodiment in front of Es Vedra and empowering our 2020 intentions together
We start with exercises to warm up our bodies and connect to ourselves, our environment and each other. This can be breathwork, trance dance & Osho shaking meditation or other forms.

This is followed by an opening circle. We ask you to bring your own picnic for the Hike where we spend part of the afternoon. Back for sunset, we close with making your intention specific and material with a creative ritual. Afterwards we invite your for a shared dinner.
