Created in 1992 by Bokar Rinpoche for Westerners, the function of these seminars is to introduce methods of meditation of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, provide a stable and continuous structure for practice.
After his death in 2004, lessons are taught in Tibetan by Khenpo Donyo Rinpoche. They will be translated into Spanish and French.
