Welcome to a new edition of our Social dining series. Presenting: Esteban Acosta.
The social dining series is an opportunity to enter our universe of food and beverages, meeting passionate people who are involved in creating great food and drinks. Listen to their stories and experience why we hold them so dearly.
Esteban Acosta is a sommelier and wine consultant trained in the WSET Wine & Spirit Education who has been in the wine world for more than 10 years. Besides of his never-ending passion about Natural Wines he is also a Wine distributor in the island.
The concept of the event is to talk about the combination of Natural Wines and honest food.
It will start with a personal tasting with Esteban in which he is going to present some of his wines and afterwards we will continue with a personalized Menu by Pau Fidalgo (Head Chef) and Wine Menu paired by Esteban.
