At this special SUP Yoga session, we invite you to embrace the healing & revitalizing energy of the sea while we flow through a fun & refreshing Yoga practice on the Stand Up Paddleboard empowering ourselves on the fact that we can truly accomplish anything that we manifest in and from our hearts.
