Ibiza provides a large number of small, interesting, and sometimes famous, shops that offer a wide range of merchandise. But the island also offers many larger stores and supermarkets and ofcourse Ibiza's very popular markets for purchasing the islands wonderfull delicacies and the famous hippymarkets where one can buy art en handiscrafts.
Fashion shops are richly present and famous fashion designer clothing can be found here as well as trendy vintage shops.

Ibiza Shops are located all over the island, but many of the excellent shops can be found in the historic areas and tourist centres of Ibiza, as well as close to the beaches and harbours.
There are also shopping centres and many smaller shops on the beachfront, selling espadrilles (everybody wears them in Ibiza), and lots of other beach utilities.

Larger Ibiza shops usually open from 9.00 to 21.00 hrs and some of them close between 14.00 - 17.00 hrs, for their afternoon siësta.
Beachfront shops stay open until late at night, and during high season most Ibiza shops are opened 7 days a week.
Shops in provincial towns and villages don't usually have such regular opening hours, they mainly provide for their local customers, and ofcourse they also close in the afternoon for their typical Spanish siësta.
